Upgrade Tailscale to latest version 1.88.3

- Update Tailscale package from 1.86.2 to 1.88.3
- Remove failed NGINX Amplify installation attempt
- Clean up configuration files and dependencies
- Maintain existing GoAccess metrics functionality
