ci: force git to use LF on win to pass tests on linguist samples ...

This mitigates the problem that tokenizer uses regex
that matches platform-specific line endings

TestPlan:
 - go test ./internal/code-generator/generator \
	-run Test_GeneratorTestSuite -testify.m TestTokenizerOnATS
