generator: CLI tool fix to support win paths ...

On Win `make code-generate` produces unreasonable
Bayesian classifier weights from Linguist samples
silently, failing only the final classification tests.

TestPlan:
 - go test ./internal/code-generator/... \
    -run Test_GeneratorTestSuite -testify.m TestGenerationFiles
